Complaints Procedure

We actively seek feedback from all our families and like to know what we are doing well, as well as things we could improve on. You are always welcome to come and speak to Mrs Skinner the Headteacher or any of the staff if you have a concern or wish to draw our attention to things we may have done which you are not happy about. If you are at all concerned about your child then in the first instance please speak to his or her key person as often things can be resolved more quickly this way.
